We’re back from the Wisconsin Dells! Stacey and I had so much fun at Noah’s Ark, Mt Olympus and Chula Vista. We stayed at the Monaco Motel and went to Mr. Pancake, Moosejaw Pizza and Del Bar… it was an absolute blast!
On to the comic:
He’s all suited up now! When I was first designing Roosevelt, I had him wearing red and yellow flame patterned pants, then I continued to tinker with some options:
The camo seem like a good idea and the suit looked funny on him so I decided to try combining the two and toss a striped tie in. This way I thought it would look like the way a child minded animal might dress itself with no sense of style or fashion and that ended up with this:
3 quick notes today:
A huge congratulations to Four Star Studios Mike Norton on bringing an Eisner Globe home to Chicago for his amazing webcomic BattlePug. Mike is one hell of an artist, cartoonist and humorist, I’ve always had immense admiration for his work and this Eisner Globe is very well deserved. If you haven’t checked out BattlePug yet I highly recommend it as well as “Revival” by Mike Norton and Tim Seeley.
If you can please support my fellow webcomicker Randy Field’s Kickstarter. The project is called QuickSilver: The Great AirShip Race it’s a steampunk airship game that Randy has been working tirelessly on for the last two years and it looks fantastic! Please take a look at the video consider pledging, and please help spread the word if you’ve already pledged!
Okay PLUG TIME!
